Public Health Department, Fort Worth
The City of Fort Worth Public Health Department provides population-based public health services through their Outreach Division which links residents with needed services, provides advocacy and assures that services are provided. The staff helps residents link to other agencies, apply for Medicaid, Medicare and CHIP insurance programs and more. A low-cost car seat program is also available by appointment.
