Monthly Member Meetings

Bunco Night

General meetings are held August through May on the third Tuesday of each month. On site childcare is not provided but if that will prevent you from attending a meeting please contact one of the board members for help in making arrangements. You can also visit our Calendars page for a full listing of Lake Cities Mothers of Multiples events and activities.  The meetings are intended to be uplifting, encouraging, and fun for all in attendance, regardless of the age of your children.  We have a variety of speakers, including doctors, specialists, nannies, preschool directors, wine connoisseurs, and many more.

Our meetings generally follow the schedule outlined below.

  • 6:30 PM  – Start/Social Time
  • 7:00 PM – Short Business Meeting
  • 7:30 PM – General Meeting/Speaker
  • 8:30 PM – Social Time
  • 9:00 PM – Meeting Adjourned

Lake Cities Mothers of Multiples monthly member meetings are held in Parish Hall at St. Laurence Church in Southlake.

Monthly Board Meetings

Board meetings are held year round on the first Tuesday of each month.  The meetings are intended to be productive and innovative with a focus on team work and building relationships.  The board is selected by member votes in June of each year and all positions are voluntary and last for a minimum of one year.

The meetings are open to all members to attend and generally follow the schedule outlined below.

  • 7:00 PM  – Start/Social Time
  • 7:15 PM – Roll call and approve previous minutes
  • 7:20 PM – Items on Meeting Agenda
  • 9:00 PM – Meeting Adjourned

WHERE:

The monthly board meetings are held at various locations, generally encompassing the board members’ homes.
